When your child is struggling, you deserve a clear plan.
The Whole-Child Intensive is a private, one-week deep dive into what is really going on with your child or teen, mind and body, so you leave with answers, a plan, and a team behind you. Not another waitlist. Not another guess.
Something has shifted, and you can feel it.
Maybe it is the meltdowns, the stomach aches before school, the door that stays closed, or the grades that slipped after another move. You have tried the talks. You have read the articles. Now you want someone who will look at the whole picture with you.
- Worry, panic, or perfectionism that is getting bigger
- Big emotions, anger, or shutting down
- Sleep that is off, low energy, or tummy troubles
- School stress, focus struggles, or a drop in grades
- Friendship pain, bullying, or too much time on screens
- A deployment, a homecoming, a move, or a divorce in the family
One focused week. One clear roadmap.
Instead of months of trial and error, we start with a concentrated week built around your family: you, your child, and the people who see them every day. Three ways to begin.
Foundation
- Parent strategy session with Dr. Ransom
- Three sessions with your child or teen
- Teacher or school counselor input, with your permission
- Your printed Family Roadmap
- Two-week follow-up parent session
Gut Check
- Everything in Foundation
- Take-home comprehensive stool kit, sent home with you
- Results woven into your Family Roadmap
- Simple food and routine shifts for home
Gut + Brain
- Everything in Gut Check
- Organic acids test, a simple at-home urine sample
- Insight into sleep, focus, mood, and nutrient needs
- Dedicated results session for parents
Lab testing is optional, non-invasive, and done at home. It is a wellness tool that looks at what may be contributing to how your child feels. It does not diagnose any condition and is not a substitute for care from your child's pediatrician. Therapy is available to California residents.
Calm, organized, and built around your family.

Built by a Navy veteran, for Navy kids.
Our founder, Dr. Regina Ransom, served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear engineer aboard a submarine, and she is a mother of six. She understands what military life asks of the kids at home.
Before & during deployment
Helping kids handle the goodbye, the countdown, and the quiet house, with tools for the parent holding it all together.
Homecoming
Reunion is joyful and hard. We help families find their rhythm again when a parent comes home changed or the roles have shifted.
PCS moves
New school, new friends, again. Support for the child who is tired of starting over, before and after the move.
Military kids serve too. They deserve care that understands the life they are living.
The people who will walk with your family.
Dr. Regina Ransom

Mary Clukey
Warm, steady, and gently funny, Mary helps kids and teens feel safe enough to talk about what is hard at home, at school, or with friends. She sees families Thursday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.
Mary is an Associate Clinical Social Worker providing therapy under the clinical supervision of Diamond Griffin, LCSW.
Good questions. Honest answers.
How far is your office from Coronado?
Our office is in Mission Valley, about 20 minutes over the bridge. Many sessions, especially with teens, work beautifully by telehealth, and we offer evenings and weekends so you are not racing across town after school.
Do you take insurance or Tricare?
We are a private pay practice. That means faster access, more time with your family, and nothing billed to insurance.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children and teens and their parents. On your free parent call, we will talk through your child's age and needs and make sure the Intensive is the right fit.
Do we have to do the lab testing?
Not at all. The Foundation Intensive includes no testing. Some parents like to rule out the body side too, things like sleep, gut health, and nutrients, so the Gut Check and Gut + Brain options are there if you want them.
What happens after the Intensive?
You leave with your Family Roadmap and a follow-up session two weeks later. Many families continue with weekly therapy, and some simply use the roadmap at home. Either way, you will know your next step.
Will my child have to talk about everything?
No. We go at your child's pace. Younger kids often work through play, drawing, and movement. Teens get a private, respectful space, and we are clear with everyone about what stays private and what we share with parents.
